The LEOCO Carbon Steel 90° Elbow is a butt-weld pipe fitting manufactured to ASME B16.9 for changing pipeline direction through a right angle. Available in both long-radius (1.5D) and short-radius (1D) patterns, it is forged and seamless or welded from certified carbon steel and supplied with a full material test certificate.
Every elbow is dimensionally verified to ASME B16.9, bevelled for butt welding to ASME B16.25, and pressure-rated to match the connecting pipe schedule. Standard supply is ASTM A234 WPB carbon steel; low-temperature A420 WPL6 and stainless A403 grades are available on request.
Wall thickness is matched to the specified pipe schedule (SCH 10 through SCH 160, STD/XS/XXS). Each fitting is 100% visually inspected, with radiographic, ultrasonic and PMI testing available on request for critical service. Material Test Certificates per EN 10204 3.1 are provided as standard; 3.2 with third-party witness is available on request.
